• Educational Qualification: You must have an Engineering Graduation degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.+1

• Minimum Marks: Candidates belonging to UR/OBC-NC must have 60% aggregate marks in all semesters/years, whereas SC/ST/PwBD candidates require 50% aggregate marks.
• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as of 02-03-2026. Age relaxation is applicable (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, and 10 years for PwBD).+3
• Experience: Candidates who already have work experience of one year or more are not eligible.

Salary & Stipend for Punjab Trainees

Candidates selected for these hpcl punjab jobs will receive a highly competitive monthly stipend during their one-year training period.

• Total Monthly Stipend: ₹ 25,000/-.+1
• Note: ₹ 20,500 will be paid by HPCL, and ₹ 4,500 will be credited directly to the apprentice’s account by the Government of India as per the DBT scheme.
