PSSSB Surveyor Counselling: The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has officially issued a public notice for counselling of Surveyor posts under Advertisement No. 02/2025.
As per the notice, eligible candidates must appear for counselling on 19 January 2026 at the Board’s office in Mohali.

What Has Been Announced

According to the official notice issued by , the following has been confirmed:

• Recruitment for 20 posts of Surveyor in the Department of Water Resources
• Written examination conducted on 20 December 2025
• Fresh counselling scheduled for candidates who qualified Part-A
• Counselling date fixed as 19 January 2026

Who Must Attend Counselling

The counselling on 19 January 2026 is for:

• Candidates who passed Part-A of the written exam dated 20.12.2025
• Candidates who did not appear in counselling held on 12.01.2026

Candidates who already appeared on 12 January 2026 are not required to attend again.

Category-wise Counselling Status

For the following categories, all eligible candidates have been called for counselling:

• General / Open (Male & Female)
• SC (M&B)
• SC (R&O)
• BC
• ESM General (Self)
• Sports General
• Physically Handicapped (Ortho)
• EWS (General)

ESM SC (M&B): No candidate available

Important Conditions

• Merely being called for counselling does not guarantee appointment
• Final selection will be subject to document verification and eligibility

Annexures Required at Counselling

Candidates must submit the following duly filled annexures:

• Annexure-A
• Annexure-B
• Annexure-C

Annexure-F is only the counselling schedule and not the final merit list.

Document Submission Instructions

At the time of counselling, candidates must submit:

• Original documents with self-attested photocopies
• Documents must be arranged in the order mentioned in Annexure-D
• Documents must be tagged and placed in a file cover (not plastic folder)

• Filled Annexure-A, B, and C with photograph
• Online application form
• Matric certificate and DMC (DOB and Punjabi proof)
• 10+2 certificate with DMCs
• Graduation certificate with DMCs
• Reserved category / BC / PH certificates (if applicable)
• Creamy Layer declaration (if applicable)
• EWS certificate (if applicable)
• Ex-Serviceman documents (if applicable)
• Sports Gradation Certificate (if applicable)
• Punjab Domicile Certificate (issued within last 5 years)
• One valid identity proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / Driving Licence)
