PSSSB Senior Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2026
1. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Completion of at least a 120-hour Computer Course (with practical training in Office Productivity & Desktop Publishing) from a Government-recognized or ISO-9001 certified institute — OR — ‘O’ Level Certificate from DOEACC, Government of India.
- Punjabi at Matriculation level is mandatory (as per Punjab Civil Services Rules 1994).
2. Typing Test Requirement
Before appointment, shortlisted candidates must qualify:
- English Typing Test on Computer
- Punjabi Typing Test on Computer (Unicode Raavi Font)
- Speed required: 30 Words Per Minute (WPM) for both languages
