PSSSB Section Officer update 2026: The Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB), Punjab has issued an official notice inviting objections regarding the Provisional Answer Key for the written examination held yesterday, February 8, 2026. The exam was conducted for the recruitment of Section Officer (Civil/Electrical) and Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) under Advt. No. 05 of 2025.

How to Raise Objections: A Two-Step Process

The Board has implemented a strict two-step procedure for filing grievances. Candidates must complete both the email submission and the hard copy submission for their objection to be valid.

Step 1: Email Submission (Urgent)

• Deadline: February 11, 2026 (by 5:00 PM).
• Action:
  1. Download the ‘Grievance Form’ (Annexure-I).
  2. Fill it clearly with your objection details.
  3. Scan the form along with documentary proof (reference book pages, etc.).
  4. Email these scanned copies to ssbtestpup2022@gmail.com.

Step 2: Hard Copy Submission

• Deadline: February 22, 2026.
• Action: After emailing, candidates must send the Original Hard Copies of the Grievance Form and attached proofs via Speed Post or By Hand to:Secretary, Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab, Forest Complex, Sector-68, SAS Nagar, Mohali – 160062.

Important Rules

• Objections sent via any mode other than email (for the initial step) will not be entertained.
• Requests received after 5:00 PM on Feb 11 will be rejected.
• The decision of the Expert Committee on these objections will be final and binding.
