Strict Guidelines for School Heads

​The PSEB has issued urgent instructions regarding the submission of marks for the February/March 2026 exams. Schools must complete the data entry process by February 10, 2026, after which the online link will be automatically locked, and no further changes will be allowed.

​Marking Instructions:

• ​For Absent Candidates: Enter (ABS) in the marks column.
• ​For Cancelled Eligibility: Enter C(CANCEL) in the award list.
• ​Data Verification: Schools are strongly advised to take a rough printout and verify all marks before final submission. Once “Final Submission” is clicked, data cannot be corrected.

​Record Keeping Protocol:

Schools must retain the final printout of the submitted marks for their own records. Do not send the hard copy of the award list to the Head Office or Regional Office.
