PSSSB Warder & Matron Update: The Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB), Punjab, has released an official notice regarding the Provisional Answer Key for the Warder and Matron recruitment examination.
The written exam for these posts (Advertisement No. 07/2025) was successfully conducted yesterday, January 11, 2026. The Board is now inviting objections from candidates regarding any discrepancies in the answer key.

Important Deadlines
Candidates must adhere to a strict two-step deadline process:
- Online (Email) Submission:
- Start Date: January 12, 2026
- End Date: January 14, 2026 (till 5:00 PM)
- Hard Copy (Offline) Submission:
- Last Date: January 21, 2026
How to File an Objection (Step-by-Step)
The Board has outlined a specific procedure. Objections sent via other modes or after the deadline will be rejected.
Step 1: Prepare the Documents
- Download the ‘Grievance Form’ (Annexure-I).
- Fill in the details clearly mentioning the question/answer you are challenging.
- Attach valid documentary proof to support your claim.
- Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 50/- per objection.
- DD Favor: Secretary, Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab.
- Payable at: Mohali.
Step 2: Send Email (By Jan 14)
Scan the filled Grievance Form, the documentary proof, and the Demand Draft. Send these scanned copies to the official email ID:

Step 3: Send Hard Copies (By Jan 21)
After emailing, you must send the Original Hard Copies of all the documents (Form, Proof, and Original DD) via Speed Post or By Hand to:

Key Points to Remember
- Objections regarding the Provisional Answer Key will be reviewed by an expert committee.
- The decision of the committee will be final.
- No objections will be entertained after the Final Answer Key is published.
