A significant update has been released for candidates who appeared in the Junior Auditor (Local Audit Wing) recruitment examination. The Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB), Punjab, has released the cut-off marks and the counseling schedule for the 62 posts advertised earlier this year.

The written examination for these posts was conducted on November 30, 2025. Based on the performance in that exam, the Board has now called eligible candidates for document verification.

Counseling Date and Venue

According to the public notice, the counseling process is scheduled to take place on December 31, 2025.

Candidates meeting the required cut-off criteria must report to the Subordinate Services Selection Board, Forest Complex, Sector-68, Mohali.

Understanding the Cut-Off Marks

The Board has set high standards for this recruitment drive. Only candidates who have scored equal to or above the specified marks in their respective categories are eligible to attend the counseling.

• General / Open: 98.75 & above
• BC Category: 93.75 & above
• EWS (General): 91.50 & above
• SC (R&O): 89.00 & above
• SC (M&B): 77.25 & above

For several categories, including Ex-Servicemen (Self/Dependent) and Physically Handicapped candidates, all eligible candidates have been called. Candidates are advised to verify the specific details for their category from official sources.

Essential Documents to Carry

Candidates must prepare a file containing their original certificates along with self-attested photocopies. The following documents are mandatory:

• Application Forms: Filled Annexure A, B, and C with a recent passport-size photo.
• Educational Proof: 10th Class certificate (Proof of DOB and Punjabi language), 12th Class, and Graduation certificates with Detailed Marks Cards (DMC).
• Residency: Punjab Domicile certificate issued within the last 5 years.
• ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
• Category Proof: Reserved category certificates (SC/BC/EWS/ESM) if applicable.
